About

Human leadership
for an AI world.

Sarathi Advisory helps organizations build leaders who thrive in the age of AI. Technology is changing how work gets done, but transformation is not just about new tools. It requires leaders who can navigate uncertainty, build trust, exercise judgment, and help people adapt.

The practice partners with organizations through AI leadership advisory, executive coaching, leadership workshops, and a proprietary AI Manager Readiness Assessment. Every engagement is grounded in a single belief: the future of leadership is not about competing with AI. It is about strengthening the human capabilities technology cannot replace.

The future of leadership is not about competing with AI. It is about strengthening what technology cannot replace.

Framework

The human capabilities
that matter most.

Six capabilities keep showing up wherever AI transformation actually works. They are the ones organizations underinvest in the most, and the ones this practice is built to strengthen.

01

Judgment

Deciding well when the model is confident and the evidence is not. The capability that separates using AI from leading with it.

02

Trust

The willingness of a team to be honest with a leader about what is working and what is quietly breaking. Nothing scales without it.

03

Adaptability

Changing your own mind faster than the world changes around you. Modeled at the top, absorbed by everyone below.

04

Critical Thinking

Interrogating a very confident answer before acting on it. The habit that keeps organizations from automating their own mistakes.

05

Influence

Moving people who do not report to you. In an AI enabled organization, most of the work that matters happens across the lines.

06

Leadership

The quiet practice of holding a group steady while it does difficult, unfamiliar work. Less visible than we say. More decisive than we credit.

FAQ

Practical questions,
direct answers.

  • It measures the capabilities that predict whether a manager will translate AI investment into team performance. Judgment under uncertainty, trust building, adaptability, critical thinking, influence across the organization, and leadership behavior under change. Each participant receives an individual profile and organizations receive a portfolio view of where their leadership bench is strong and where it needs investment.

  • It depends on scope. Executive coaching engagements typically run six to nine months. Advisory retainers usually span a full transformation cycle, often nine to twelve months. Assessments and workshops can be delivered inside a quarter. Every engagement begins with a discovery conversation to right size the work to the outcome you need.

  • Both. Executive coaching is delivered one on one. Advisory, workshops, and the Manager Readiness Assessment are designed for teams and organizations. Most engagements pair organizational work with focused coaching for the leaders carrying the transformation.

  • Sessions are confidential, agenda driven, and grounded in the real decisions on your calendar. Most engagements combine biweekly one on ones with stakeholder input at the start, midpoint, and close, so the growth is visible to the people who need to see it. Between sessions you have direct access when a real time judgment call comes up.

  • Practice depth is strongest in technology, financial services, professional services, and enterprise organizations undergoing AI enabled transformation. The specific industry matters less than the moment. If your leaders are being asked to guide people through consequential change, the work translates.

  • Book a discovery conversation. It is a thirty minute working call, not a sales meeting. We will discuss where your organization or your leaders are today, what outcome you are aiming for, and whether this practice is the right partner for the next step. If it is not, you will leave with a clear recommendation for what is.
